Delivery and Return policy

Delivery

Upon purchase of a membership to the Jewelry Sales Academy the purchasers will immediately receive one active license to their product that is accessible via the login page at www.jewelrysalesacademy.com  For packages that require private label, additional users, or customization, delivery will be within 3-10 business days.  This time frame may be prolonged if the customer wishes or is unable to schedule a call, meeting, or provide instructions within the first 3 days of purchase.

Academy View System

The Academy View system consists of the Jewelry Sales Academy LMS and the Academy View Analytics system via Buyer's Intelligence group.  The delivery of the LMS and access to the use of the license will be in the standard Jewelry Sales Academy Time Frame.  The Access and use of the Academy View System may take longer to provide to the client based on their needs for their POS system and any type of customization needed to have their Academy View System Function Properly 

Return Policy 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only within the first 30 days from the initial sign-up. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be sent to info@jewelrysalesacademy within thirty (30) days of the first purchase date. Please include a description of the reason for the return/refund. After the first 30-days, your subscription is month-to-month with no contract. At that time you can cancel the service at any time. No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of usage. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@jewelrysalesacademy.com with a description and reason for return. We will respond to your email within 7 days to start the refund process. 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return email we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appeal on your credit card statement, depending on our credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund is completed. No refund will be granted after the first 30 day period of use. Month to Month payments beyond the first 30 days of subscription are not eligible for refund or return. 

 

 

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

Any monthly subscription outside of the first 30 days of initial platform use.

 

Please Note: Jewelry Sales Academy will refund the first month of service within the first 30 days of initial subscription at the customer's request. After 30 days the subscription is month to month with no contract or refund.
